I've finally got my first newsletter published. What's with this Substack thing you may ask. Well, Mailchimp had failed to advise me that anyone had subscribed to my newsletter, so consequently I never published one and now I have opted to do it via this relatively new platform instead. it looks a lot less complicated too.
News is, I will be part of the New Faces show that opens at Sprout Arts in SW16 tomorrow, with a private view from 6:30 - 8:00. I have three paintings in the show, including Artemis [above]. The show runs until January 28th.
I will be co-running a pop-up shop at Boxpark in Shoreditch, with Martyn Woods, from April 3rd - 9th, selling original paintings and prints.
I will once again be submitting an entry to the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. I've got to get in eventually!
I will also be submitting works to the Blue Shop Cottage, in Brixton, Works On Paper online exhibition this summer.
As well as submitting a work to the Townhouse Summer Open in Spitalfields for the fourth year running
And I have two solo shows booked in. The first at Sprout Arts in May, called Liminal Life and the second, as yet untitled, at Woodfield Pavilion in July.
Of course, if you aren't in London, none of these are much use to you but at least you'll know I've not been idle.
These newsletter may be sporadic but I hope to publish some writing about my work occasionally too, rather than just dates and locations.
Thanks for reading!
